Suited was founded in early 2020 by business partners Andrew Fazio and Wilson Johnson.

Andrew grew up surrounded by the craft of tailoring; his father was a tailor. His Australian-Italian roots gave him a lifelong love of hospitality, wine, and food. The name Suited honors that heritage: precision, tailored craftsmanship, and an experience made to fit.

Chef and co-owner Wilson Johnson was raised in South Georgia and trained in France, and he brings both refined technique and soulful flavor to the kitchen. Inspired by his father’s artistry and craftsmanship, Wilson builds every recipe around flavor and warmth. The result is a deliberate menu that reflects Suited’s custom, tailored approach to coffee and hospitality.

Together, Andrew and Wilson have created a space where great food, great coffee, and genuine hospitality come together, with a service model built on respect for the supply chain and the producers behind every cup.
