"Mavila Peralta is a second generation coffee producer who owns five hectares of land in the village of El Laurel, near Jaen in the north of Peru. On her farm, Mavila works closely with her brother, cultivating about 2.5 hectares of coffee. They also process their own coffee, and have received training on agricultural practices and post-har-vest techniques through the Origin Coffee Lab education program. Mavila's coffee is very sweet, round, and crowd-pleasing."
